Doors won’t lock - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hey guys,
My doors appear to lock with the key from the outside, but when I go to open the door, the lock pops up and the door opens. I read another post stating maybe it is the latch?
I’ve sprayed a bunch of wd-40 in there with no luck. I’ve also locked the doors from the inside, gone around and opened the truck without the key.
You all have helped me get her running and I hope to be able to do some short trips around town soon.
