More progress...replaced a small section of inner that had a little rust on it and got it tacked in as well.. got the kickpanel cut to fit and lower front piller cut as well.. the kick panel was pretty much gone where it meets the floor pan so I hope it goes back together as its supposed to...it gets confusing sometimes because multiple replacment parts have the same pieces on them...gotta figure out what i need and what can be cut off etc..
