Lightbulb I Need help on Driveshaft

Hi Again Everyone: Been busy working fast and furious on our 68C10 Stepside. My question is, we want to eliminate the two piece driveshaft, (get rid of the carrier bearing) if possible. Need a lot more beefier driveshaft to take the horsepower. We've heard a thousand different ideas on ones we could use. But I would like some opinions from our most impressive experts on this board. Some people have said that because of the angle that we could not use a one piece, because it would shove the rearend over. Any ideas. Thanks, anxiously awaiting your input.
