rotor recomendation

Hello,

1989 v2500

I finished a complete front end rebuild with and now i have a brake shimmy. I bought raybestos rotors and centric pads and they vibrated from day one. I have switch the pads to an organic and it is getting better but i could never get the semi-metalic to break in right.

Anyway, I am also suspicious of the rotors, the casting flash on them looks crappy and for what is cost to turn a set I am thinking of just buying different ones.

any recommendations or what to stay away from?
