Still no luck :(
Some members on this board know the trouble I'm having getting the right wheel bearings for my Longhorn. After 4 weeks I finally got the bearings but those were to small... Looks like the previous owner did some serious damage Now I found bearings with the right outside diameter, but the wrong inside diameter. I almost wanna give up. Getting a different rear axle isn't easy, and if I did found one I would not know how to make it fit , that's something I have never done before. Please give me any clue on which axles I can use for a swap. Can I use one from an 80's or 90's truck? Is it wise to weld on the axle tubes so I can make it fit? So far It's been a hell on wheels... Cya, Edmond
