Brake problem on daily driver

okay now, frankenstein has a brake leak and i cannot fix it, i tried tighting it but it did nothing and it has gotten to where i have to bleed the brakes on the truck everyother day and that is getting real old, i bled the brakes on saturday and parked it in my parents driveway until monday when i drove it home and about half way home the brakes started acting up and i had to gimp the truck about 75 miles back to my house, what do you thing could be my problem i need to get this fixed as it is my daily driver and right now my only drivable vehicle.
