Electrical Question

Hi to all: My horn, brake lights, and flasher are not working. Everthing else does, however I don't have my front turnsignals hooked up yet (and do not have them handy). I'm guessing the reason for the flasher not working is because the front turnsignals are not installed and the circuit is incomplete, correct? But whats up with the brake lights? Also I installed a new steeringwheel a while back (original) and I think I may have the horn ring installed wrong. All main ground straps have been dealt with, all bulbs are good, all fuses are good, good voltage (new Optima battery) good ground on the horn bracket. Thanks for your help, regards Doug
