Like I need another project

Ok guys, counting on you masters to keep me pointed in the right direction.

Starting another project-----'87 R10 short bed, 4.3/TH375. Been rotting out back waiting for a supposed buyer to collect, for something like two years. Well, time to acknowledge that isn't gonna happen, so time for plan B.

Just happen to have a spare Gen V 454 needing a new home, and as luck would have it, a hydraulic bell housing with all the plumbing, collecting dust as well. A 454 / 5-speed in that truck sounds like some fun. That, and the fact that it won't have a bunch of computers telling me when I can scratch my, well, whatever, makes this project irresistible.

So I'm needing advice on which pedal assy I need to hunt down. The b/h, master/slave, reservoir & line all came out of a '85 one ton. So far I've located a hyd clutch pedal assy from a '91 1/2 ton (vac power brake, btw, which is what I want to end up with). Was wondering if that could be made to work with what I already have.
Any and all advice would be appreciated more than I could express.
