Re: Blazer Bench - Need Seat Belt Solution

Thanks Buffy and Irish for these suggestions. I'm sure I can track down an original set somehwere if I need to but am going to experiment with fitting some new belts first.

I'm going to pull the rear seat apart for upholstery soon. Since I have no plans to using the folding feature of the seat, I'm thinking about installing a new set of lap belts.

I would have to install the female ends on the outside where the male ends would have been. The female ends will be floppy but I'm hoping I can live with that. Once I can get a better look at the seats, I'll see if I can fit the retractors for the male ends where the female retractors used to be. If I can't, I may just have to go with non-retracting lap belts.
