St Cloud Rustoms Registered User Join Date: Jan 2019 Location: Saint Cloud, FL Posts: 14	Motor placement fore / aft I'm getting ready to put the drivetrain in the truck, 63 GMC. The PO pancaked the front cross member and moved it 1" forward. Trying to decide on where to put the motor, small block / th400 combo. Move it 1" forward or keep it in the stock location. Any input is appreciated, I haven't seen to be able to gather much info on this when others have moved the cross member forward.
