R&R door hinges and adjustments with fender on or off?
Is it easier to go the extra step and remove a fender to R&R hinges or remove the door completely and then remove the hinges leaving the fender on?
I have always removed the fender to gain access to the bolts on the hinges. By removing one hinge at a time I have found that I can keep the door at original height. With the fender off the hinge bolts that mount to the cowl are exposed making the final adjust of the hinge easier with a helper.
Does anyone have a different approach to R&R hinge and door adjustment?
