Restoring 55-59 doors?

Trying to restore my 1958 Apache doors, I searched doors but mostly came up with replacing or repairing metal. I would like to know how to go about restoring my doors, step by step or sequence involved. I bought new windows and complete vent windows but what else is in there? Mine have only the original regulators and control arm to open the door. What seals or parts are needed to put in the windows? What holds the glass to the regulator? How about the window frame? Isn’t there a gasket or felt seal for that? I see some kind of wore out wipe on the bottom inside of the window opening but I’m not sure how to replace it or if it’s even available. If anyone has done this to their doors please let me know what you came across restoring your doors. Pictures would be a great help to me. Thanks
