Coil suspension

Hey guys I just had my C 10 lower , rear springs, and it is sitting lower on one side can anyone confirm if there is a left and right? People that did it said there isn’t but the experts down the road “specialists” apparently said there is a left and right spring on rears.... it’s going back this weekend to see what the problem is.

The left looks to be fine sitting flush but the right seems to not sit so flush, would this be causing the issue, see pics, they told me they would get a spacer made up and put in it I said no im not keen on that idea it came in level it’s coming out level.

Thoughts?
