Brake conversion line adapter

Hello,
Does anybody have a good solution to connect the rear (drum) brake line to the new proportioning valve? I believe the fitting is 9/16-18 inverted flare, and it comes in vertical when the new proportioning valve is horizontal. I was no ping to find a 90 degree elbow but can’t locate one.
Thanks for the input.
