Accessory Drive LS on a "BUDGET"

Suggestions for a budget minded accessory drive for the 5.3 L that I stuffed into my 84' GMC SWB.................. I see kits all over the board in both price and options. I've got a new a/c for the LS motor in a box but would like to convert to the "Vintage" a/c system with electric actuators in lieu of the old vacuum style my question is will the stock compressor work with that system? Additionally I've been told that if I utilize the truck water pump and crank pulley I will need some type of spacer for the top mounted a/c bracket etc. etc. etc................... I've searched the forum for this specific data and I know there must be an answer already posted as I realize that I'm WAY late the LS swap party, nonetheless I failed to find it, therefore any help would be greatly appreciated.
