Transmission crossmember removal

I have all the rivets out and can move it within the frame. However, that thing is really tight in there. Any tips on getting it out? While I doubt anyone really is in need of a 3 OTT crossmember, I’d like to know any tricks before either bashing the crap out of it or cutting it.

Which, makes me worry a bit about getting the auto trans crossmember in the frame and squared up....
