Steering column lower bearing sits outside of housing.

Hey All,
I rebuilt my column a while ago, and just now replaced it into the truck. I am noticing that the spring doesn't offer enough pressure to keep the bearing into the steering column. I am positive that the rebuild is accurate (didn't miss anything).

I do not have the steering wheel installed at this time as I am still working on the interior and it is a lot easier to maneuver without it in place.

I can move the isolator up to get it to push the bearing into place. Picture #2
