Power Steering Fitting Question... - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Did a search, nothing conclusive.

Has anyone had luck converting high pressure side of 80's model steering box fittings to -AN? Want to lose the factory hose/hard line and go straight to -6AN to 18MM o-ring. See link below for fitting. Pretty sure it will work, was just wondering if any of the membership had already done this?
