1972 big block clamshell mounts, LS?

I have a set of 72 big block brackets and mounts that I was planning to use on a big block install In my 72. I have since changed direction and decided to go LS. Currently the truck still has the other original kind of mount for a sbc with the vertical bolt. I’m fairly certain the big block clam shell mount is the better choice for LS, but was wondering if anyone has used this setup specifically, what adapters you went with for the LS, and what trans/tunnel hump combo worked. Thanks.
