Removing Crossmember Studs

In the Process of a teardown of my 63 C10. The crossmember stud threads that hold the upper control arms are damaged and need to be replaced. LMC has replacement studs listed as Bracket Studs. I am going to assume they are pressed in. What is the best way to remove them and then replace them.
