Saginaw p/s steering gear identification.

Hello all.

I've been having some trouble identifying the power steering gear box that's on my 1963 c20, originally 292 i6. The pump itself has the signature "S" indicating that it is a saginaw box, and there is a tag on the bottom that I believe reads "73-68."

Every thread referenced in the FAQ's shows a similar looking pump, but the pitman arm is flipped on the pump that was put in my truck at some point.

Power steering gear box commonly found in Faq section:

Google and searching has led me in circles so far so if anyone could shed some light that would be greatly appreciated.
