How to ship HO52 third member

Does anyone have any experience shipping an HO52 third member? I’ve read online about people shipping third members in plastic bags surrounded by spray foam in 5 gallon buckets but not specifically an HO52 and didn’t know if it would fit. I also question if the bucket would be strong enough to not crack open. Also wonder what the weight is and which carrier would be best. I’m trying to figure this out from the receiving end. Any thoughts or other ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks.
