Want to do 62 Front Discs, six lug, stock height, stock torsions...questions.

Hello all,

I have hit the FAQ's regarding disc brake swaps and as you all may imagine, the lion share of info doesn't cover 62's....at least while retaining the stock front end anyway.

I see a couple of companies offering stock height, 6 lug discs, some with a booster/master assembly, some without.

I definitely want to keep my torsion bars and retain my stock height, so no spindle drop...and at this time I'd like to stick with my 6 lug slotted mag wheels.

I may, at a later time, want to swap to 5 lug so I can run Torque Thrust wheels, but I know that'll involve swapping rear ends or axle mods for the rear at a minimum.

Is there a preference of kits out there to get this job done, or any kits to avoid?

Any of these kits with the option to later just swap from 6 lug to 5 lug while retaining the kit spindles?

I have a T-5 manual trans already installed too, so I'm relatively certain I'll need a Captain Fab adapter bracket for the master cylinder(s) as well?

Any advice and or links welcome....thanks in advance!
