How to repair this…

Looking for ideas on how to fix these problem spots. My dad and I rested the truck about 10 years ago when I was in middle\high school. Someone pulled the trim off with a crow bar so they left dents all over. We bondo’d those dents, and it’s starting to let go. Is this fixable without having to redo the entire truck? The pics I attached are the worst of it, the hood, drivers fender, and above the passenger door.
