Truck tool bag

I found a bag last week and it is in decent shape. I have only seen one other and it was for an earlier truck, 69, it was burlap mine is foam. According to the build manual pics, there was a lug wrench, jack handle and what looks like a hubcap tool. Can anyone verify this or what was in the tool kit. Also does anyone have a bag that is in "perfect" shape. I would really like to have one in a little better shape if one is available. Thanks for the help, Harold
