Inserting pivot rivets in wing/vent windows

Seems it is problematic to insert the stainless rivets into the wing windows.
Vendors seem to sell more than one type of rivets. I have pictured two styles. I am sure there are others. I am unsure which is correct for our C10's. Would appreciate feedback on what you think.
I received a setting tool with my rivets as show in the picture. I don't remember where the tool came from. Could have been a prior Corvette project?

Getting the rivet to expand correctly is difficult using a flat punch. If you receive a tool with your rivets use it. If you didn't receive a setting punch, with your rivets, I recommend a Roll Pin Punch. I have included an Amazon link.
