Issues with 15x7 Torq Thrust 2 on a 1966 C10

I have a 1966 C10 with disc brakes. I just bought 15x7 Torq Thrust 2 wheels and they hit the hub before seated all the way on the rotor. I had 15x7 truck ralleys on it before with 4" back spacing. These new wheels are 3 3/4.

How are you guys running these wheels? Using spacers? I hate to do that since that will move them out even further. Is there a rotor with less hub size? It appears I'm hitting hub, and not the end of the dust cap.

Thank you

Tom
