The cab ground strap in the pic is probably big enough to do the trick. Personally I tend to overkill on things so I would run a larger one or possibly 2 like that one. If you add up all the stuff that runs on electricity in the cab, figure out the current draw for each, add them up and see the total you could then check a wire gauge chart to see what size wire is needed for that much draw. If your battery is in the stock location on the firewall it would be pretty easy to simply make a cab ground right at the battery.
