Re: WTB NEW A6 Air Compressor

Truckin 79,

What is the correct Sanden part number, model to use???
I have a 72 GMC Jimmy with the 5.7 L/350 engine and want to use a Sanden one.

All other fellow Forum colleagues. I agree with Truckin 79. I am HUGE on using OEM parts. I minimize using aftermarket parts to the absolute minimum.

The exception is rubber parts or parts assemblies using critical rubber components including compressors. Over a long period of time rubber dries out. For my complete rubber parts I will use aftermarket parts from Precision.
I am a retired mechanical engineer( but also a hands on gearhead who put himself through school by working). Not a know it all. Respect everyones opinions.
