72 Suburban rear trim panel project.

I took on a weekend project of replacing the rear trim panels from the cargo area this summer.

Attached are pictures of how it was done and how it turned out.
It was pretty straight forward as I had the original panels to template off of.

They're made from 1/4" birch ply available from any home store.
3M super 77 trim adhesive and a 1" roller.
I also covered the inside of the panels and body with Kilmat.
Every little bit of sound deadening helps.

Be sure to under cut the size of the panel by 1/16" to accommodate the thickness of the vinyl you use.
