hounddogs! Restoring it $200 at a time... Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: NE Kansas Posts: 889	LS PS and 71 steering gear Wanting to make sure I don't overpressure the old steering box with the 5.3 PS pump... How many shims do I need in the pump? I ask this way because I don't have a pressure gauge setup for this, but I can count to six or so. Thanks.
