Lots of new progress on the GMC 4X4
Well I managed to wet sand my cab, much to my freinds dismay.... OOOPS, I used 1000 grit wet/dry on it and he said that it was too coarse... Good thing that I have connections, because it was too late to buy the coarse pollishing compound to fix it with. I have another freind down the road that had a bottle I could borrow... Wew!! Well after we sanded it some more with 1500/2000, we pollished away at it and wow, wow, wow, does it ever look great!!! Just like glass!! I had to mount it on the chassis to check it out!! So I first installed the engine (not totally assembled yet) LOL and then mounted the cab..... It was a long day, but how do you think it turned out??? I love it!! WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com
Also some of you wanted to see the cab stand, so I got a shot of it for you also... Works exellent!!
