Rob, per your sent parts request, we had everything from your want list except for the single NOS deluxe amber side marker. We did have a tool & stowage box setup w/rear support brackets pulled/stored on the shelf that was originally removed from a wood floor donor truck, so the rear brackets had the correct OE bolt, spacer, washer and nut setup for your build. We did find a couple of the OE used #10 x 5/8" screws with the captured washer head, we also have these available new in the OE type black phosphate finish. Let me know on the screws, everything else is totaled up along with the NOS rubber bumper setups from the other f/s thread, will combine ship everything pictured (plus the NOS rubber bumper sets) for $11. via USPS.
