Below eyeline mirror hardware question.
The only bodywork I plan on doing to my truck is painting around the mounting points where it had rusted and the PO had never finished.
I plan on getting new hardware for the mirrors. Looks like they're 1/4"-20 screws like this: https://www.classicindustries.com/product/g0917.html Would it be a good idea to get a jacknut kit like this for a sturdier mount? https://www.amazon.com/Installation-...c09fc46e9&th=1
