New NP203 speedo gear, gear sleeve and cable adapter. Cost new $200. These parts are no longer available from GM. Sold as a set only. Price is $150 obo and includes free basic shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 states.
These are the parts needed to fix that drip down the side of your NP203 where the speedo cable attaches. The adapter fixes speedos that are erratic or not working.
