What's this Worth?

I'm looking at a 1969 Chevrolet K5 Blazer 4X4. It is an automatic with a 400 cu in engine. The truck has less than 90,000 documented miles. The original owner is the sellers uncle and it has been in their family since new. He has full survice records, manuals, and original bill of sale included. It is lifted with approx. 35 in tires. The only rust is under passenger side door and will need a new floor panel and rocker panel to fix. Surface rust on the frame is the only other. It come with a few options such as tow hooks.
