Z56 Tahoe, Lift to equal

I picked up a 99 police edition tahoe. It is 2wd 5 lug. I am wondering what can be done to equal out the stance of the truck. I have drop shackles for the rear but really do not want the truck that low to equal it out.

It is possible to change the front spring so it sits higher in the front to match. Will and 4x4 springs work I know the setup is different. I am unsure of the parts offered for this vehicle.
