TPI 350 for sale -DFW

I didn't even think about selling this here until I saw the other ad. Anyhow, I have a 87-88 vintage 350 with TPI for sale. Engine includes all accessories except power steering pump, all brackets, wiring harness (or what is left of it) all sensors, fuel tank and lines, fan, and computer. I pulled this out of an 85 Trans Am. I know 85 wasn't supposed to have a 350 in it, but the block is cast "5.7L" in the back under the drivers head. This engine has the center bolt heads as well, and still has the stupid torx intake bolts in it too. It is a one piece rear main seal block, with flexplate.

I bought the car for the transmission, and drove it around a bit before it came apart. This car also had the the Borg Warner diff in it as well, which was not right for an 85 either. Seems odd that someone would swap all this into a hideous orange car, but that was the case. Anyhow, it did run before it was pulled, but not sure of the internal condition of the engine. The MAF sensor was broken, and was laying in the backseat, so checking performance was a bit of a moot point.

The good part is that it is a complete package deal, and the runners are in decent condition. Not great, but decent. Being in the 85, someone swapped the 85 distributor (It is the big cap style). I am looking for $600 for the whole deal. I am not really wild about shipping, so pick up would be for the best.

Sorry, I forgot to edit my post. The engine is sold. It took forever, though....
