91 S-10 4X4 Blazer info needed & parting complete truck

I have a 91 4X4 that I need to find out about. The auto trans and transfer case, what are the numbers for it. The pan is square like a metric 200TH.What is standard for these mini trucks, will this unit fit the V-8's also. What is a fair price for trans and transfer? Thanks in advance. Chuck

The trans is a 700r-4. And if it is a 4.3 then yes it will bolt up to a v8.

have fun pullin the engine and trans out!!!We pulled a 2.8L and auto trans out of a wrecked 86.One suggestion pull the front clip and body mount on the rear.Jack the body up in the front a few inches to gain room in the trans tunnel as it is very tight in that area. The bell housing bolts are hard to undue in the truck so it is best to pull them out as one piece.Another bad spot is the clearance of the oil pan and front diff, but if you lift the body this should help.

Thanks for the infor guys. Is the transfer case also strong enough for a V8? Truck is straight complete and rust free so if you need any parts let me know. Will ship anything that will go UPS. Thanks, Chuck

If it is a 4.3 then yes. Same trans and transfer case as a fullsize v8 is what I read.
