A few Books I have...

The first picture shows the "67-72 Chevy/GMC Assembly Manual" and a book called "Encyclopedia of Chevrolet Trucks". The Manual is defintely worth picking up. The Encyclopedia on the other had is a nice book, covers all types of trucks Chevrolet made from the begining to 1999, well written, has B&W pictures but nice pictures in most cases but it won't tell you much more than you'd already know from surfing the boards IMO.

The second picture gives you an idea of the layout in the "Encyclopedia" book.

The Third Pic is "Chevrolet Pickups 1946-1972" sorta the same deal as the encyclopedia but has larger pictures includes production #'s for all models (Chevrolet only of course). Picture four is the page layout, B&W photos but not a bad book IMO.

Pic Five is a sample of a colour photo of the interior of a '67 CST Truck and a rear end shot of a '68 "Jobtamer" Truck from a book called "Chevrolet Pickups". Basically a Nice Colour picture book. No real info to speak of. Not a whole lot on 67-72's either but it is part of my "67-72 Book Collection".

A good book I'm sure a lot of members have (and I lack) is the "Chevrolet Red Book" basically the definitive production figure book I'm sure. It's supposidly out of print. I have decided that I don't really need to have this book cause is a "U.S." Production # only book, and I'm primarily interested in Canadian Production #'s myself.

Anywho, sorry for the long post. Andy said it best tho, the Board is by far the best source for info on these trucks.
