I'm in Llano, pop. about 3,400 not including goats. I didn't have any problem getting inspected in Houston last year. The guy that inspected me had a 72 and 70 chevy truck though. I had asked him about headers and passing inspection, he said as long as they don't leak they are fine, so I don't know where this guy this year is comming from!!???
Anyhoo, I'm over it, I was thinking about an aftermarket air cleaner anyway. Thanks for the info Mike

Well, if you find yourself in Fort Worth and haven't gotten your sticker yet, let me know. I'll tell you where I went. I also had an open air cleaner (air filter was too tall for the lid to close all the way) and was missing the heat riser and passed.
