Can I ask why you'd want to do that? If it's a work truck I'd say go for it but if it not, the general consensus is not to. just do a few stitch welds along the seam. Making the trailing arms "unflexable" takes a way a good part of how they do and are meant to handle. I've been there, done a lot of reading and am still learning but you don't want to do that for performance sake (even a daily driver).
