FS: Dynomax "Blackjack" Headers - Never Used - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

For Sale:

Dynomax “Blackjack” headers – PN 85503. I bought these for the ‘Burb but never got to put them on. These headers are great for us Cali boys and everyone else who has to worry about SMOG, because they have AIR injection fittings (it’s difficult to find headers w/ built in AIR ports). These headers will fit various GMCs and Chevies from ’66 to ‘91 with engines ranging from 283-400. The exact fitment list and pictures are below:

Fitment:

½, & ¾ Ton Pickups from’66 to ’72 w/ 283-400 engines (2wd or 4wd)
½, ¾, & 1 Ton Pickups from’73 to ’87 w/ 350-400 engines (2wd or 4wd)
1 Ton Crewcabs from’88 to ’91 w/ 350-400 engines (2wd or 4wd)
Blazer or Jimmy from ’69 to ’72 w/ 283-400 engines (4wd)
Blazer or Jimmy from ’67 to ’87 w/ 350-400 engines (2wd)
Blazer or Jimmy from ’73 to ’91 w/ 350-400 engines (4wd)
Suburban from ’66 to ’72 w/ 283-400 engines (4wd)
Suburban from ’73 to ’91 w/ 350-400 engines (2wd of 4wd)

Also, definitely check out the following link to Dynomax’s website to see any fitment requirements (i.e. need for different A/C bracket, etc.) for your specific application…

As pictured, the original cardboard box is pretty greasy and beat up. Consequently, I will ship the headers in a different container if you wish. I'm very sorry to all for my HUGE delay. I've been away for a while due to some circumstances, but I'm back in full effect. The pics are up for anyone who is still interested. As pictured, they're in good condition with the exception of some paint chips here and there. All paperwork, gaskets collectors and hardware pictured are also included. Kevin1970 - I'll be sending you a PM shortly w/ the requested info and you'll have first dibbs if you're still interested since yours was the first PM received. I was out of town yesterday so I didn't see this.
I haven't recieved the PM but I want them. I used 36" x 12" x 24" and 25lbs shipped to 98275 to estimate and UPS shipping was ~$18.
If you wanted to enter actual dimensions and weight to be more accurate then let me know.
As long as the box is still able to be shipped in then it should be fine.

The dimensions were 9" x 17" x 35" @ 28 lbs. I prefer to ship DHL, which will be $14. As for payment, I'd like to do the transaction via a BIN eBay auction and receive corresponding payment via PayPal. If you don't do the eBay thing we can just skip that step. Let me know how you'd like to proceed.

HEADERS STILL AVAILABLE!!!

Kevinr1970 discovered that these weren't going to work for his application, so the headers are back up for grabs. As previously stated, the shipping dimensions are 9" x 7" x 35" at 28 pounds from ZIP 92220.
