Hey I checked all the trucks in the driveway. 6 out of 7 have the M-49 code .
4 have 400`s 2 have 350`s 1 has a powerglide and I cant read the sticker on it . the hubcaps are from a later model. by the way it also has a sliding rear bumper,or had a sliding rear bumper. someone welded it into place. Woody |

"some rust" LOL the guys up north would laugh at you.
Did you check the VIN to see if it was made here in Atlanta? I just bought mine from a guy in Gainesville/Lawrencevill area a few months ago for $4k, also a 68 but ½ ton. Nice find...

I`ve seen the rust up north. this would be considered a cream puff there. It still needs rockers, cab corners,a couple small floor patches, the lip on the core support is gone, and I`m sure when i get around to cleaning it, I`ll find some more. The hose isn`t broke, the tie strapand rag were used as to keep the alt.bracket from rubbing a hole into it.
