OK, if I'm reading it how I think you mean it, then that won't matter. Are you saying that the saddle is welded to the axle housing? If so, it's supposed to be. Your U-bolts, rear end axle housing, and trailing arm are bolted together and you don't need to mess with those to worry about the panhard bar. The WHOLE rear end (axle housing, trailing arms, U-bolts, everything) needs to be moved to center it. There's no need to disassemble any of the rear end components to do this. It will help if you remove the shocks from the lower mounts, but thats it.
