What body bushings to use?

I'm going to be putting a 3" body lift on my Blazer and figured this would be a good time to replace the bushings. What kind of bushings are better the stock rubber type or the polyurthane bushings?

Re: What body bushings to use?

Some say poly's are stiffer and squeek, but they will probably outlast rubber. I used poly and greased them up good. Satisfied with them so far.
