new in Oklahoma
Hi from Norman.
I am looking for another classic truck again. I had a 68 c-10 SNB Green and white, 6 cyl 3 on the tree, I pulled the 6 and put in a 4 bolt main 350/325 hp. this is what I had back in 1991 I found another 68 but it need alittle to much work for me, so I am still looking. david Last edited by davido; 03-20-2006 at 10:45 PM. |

Re: new in Oklahoma
Welcome to the board, I saw this about the same time I saw your post, thought it might be of interest - if it's still there. Not a 67-68, but it is a shortbed near you:

Welcome from West Tennessee. Good luck with finding another short step. Looks like you had a good start on the other one. If you don't mind me asking what happened with the green machine?

Re: new in Oklahoma
I sold the truck after I got the Engine done, The rings wouldn't seat in, I made a mistake of putting in chrome molly rings, the shop that did my block did a good job, the next time i'll use steel rings. It would get side ways in 2nd.
