I am a new comer to this subject but it sounds to me like a kit is the way to go, all the parts come together and its been tried before. A guy could do a lot of running around picking up parts and then not have a compatable system. I am giving the Blackbirds kit a try and it will be two weeks before I am running it but i will post my results. If you have not already; check out Blackbirds Custom Trucks, they have a system that does not require any mods to your master cylinder.

be sure and post your results with pics......i've been wanting to use his kit for sometime now, but just been too tight, and too skeeered
