Is this 3+3 cab worth saving?

In my search for front end sheet metal for my 79 I came across a 76 Crew cab with no motor and trans. Guy has it on ebay and I have been exchanging emails with him.

I have plans to build a 2WD Short Bed Crew Cab truck with 1/2 suspension so my immediate thought was maybe some front end parts for the 79 and a jump on the next truck project, mainly a crew cab and a frame.

What really bothers me is the rust through on the top of the passenger side door jambs. I could clean it up but, it's gotten inside and will reappear eventually I am sure.

His opening bid is$200 and then I gotta get it hauled 135 miles. I haven't seen it in person yet just pictures, looks like I might get a decent hood and right fender but, mine are slavageable and just have surface rust.

What do you think? deal or pass and move on to the next one?
