We will work hard to ensure you a smooth transaction, and help in the event you may need it, but all for sale and trade areas are buyer beware. Your support will be greatly appreciated. Subscribe Here! *Value wanted posts are only allowed by subscribe types now. To many were using this as a loophole and blatently selling items within these posts. *If someone has a post edited by a mod for these reasons and then posts a link to ebay ( with the same items same location ie thier stuff) it is an automatic 48 hr ban. And yes there have been several so far. So Please note it here if it is a repeat poster.. Last edited by krue; 06-07-2006 at 02:29 AM. |

Re: 1972 cheyenne super saddle tanks never used
They aren't really worth much. I have a set too--complete with switch valve mounted to the floor of a parts truck--but I've never seen any sell in the parts board.
Most modern fuel tank modifications to these trucks place a fuel cell between the frame rails behind the diff. If I'm not mistaken, yours are mounted in front of the diff and outside the frame rails. Most people will avoid a modification that will place a fuel container in an impact zone...back in the late 60's noone cared where you put a gas tank.

Re: 1972 cheyenne super saddle tanks never used
This is why we don't allow non subscribers post "What's It Worth" threads, 'cuz this WAS obviously turning into a "For Sale" thread.
Please subscribe and post a thread on the "Parts Board"
